Countries are intervening the currencies .

Weeks earlier Japan sold a lot of it's currency to weaken the YEN, because more weaker it is then better for export. Now I am reading that:
"(Reuters) - The world is in an "international currency war" as governments manipulate their currencies to improve their export competitiveness, Brazilian Finance Minister Guido Mantega said on Monday."
and interesting that this topic will be discussed further: "Currency intervention is likely to be a hotly disputed topic at the next meeting of the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C., October 8-10." I'll keep up to this.

"Japan, Colombia, Thailand and other countries have been seeking to weaken their currencies to help accelerate their economic recovery."
Yeah, true, that's what I had read maybe two weeks ago.

S&P warnings on Ireland

S&P warning deepens Irish political and fiscal crisis and remember the previous post in my blog.

British Isles is going for recession? I don't know, I have no experience and deep knowledge on this, but that don't stop me from speculating by expressing my thoughts by giving first glance on this whole situation.

UK economy is slowing down

Recent data suggest the slowdown has already started. U.K. house prices dropped the most in 18 months in September, and the number of claims for unemployment benefits rose in August for the first time in seven months.

Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, the nation’s biggest government-controlled bank, said this month it will eliminate 3,500 U.K. jobs to reduce costs. The Edinburgh-based lender swung into profit in the first six months of the year for the first time since 2007.

I don't like this, because I have some plans related with the UK. Unfortunately I see that unemployment rate will rise. That means the consumers will reduce, and then the following things will also occur, however in Germany the unemployment rate is falling. I'll watch what will happen next, as further as questions appears 'What will happen next?'.

Moscow

Recently I had been visiting Russia more preciously Moscow (however I have been in Volgograd (former Stalingrad (the Battle of Stalingrad, remember?)) and near to Astrakhan next to river Volga too(I saw the Kraals brrrrr...)) and I saw a sad fact - on the streets there are many business class Mercedes, BMW's and hummers and even hummer limo's but that's not the sad fact, the sad fact is that although at first you think 'wow what a rich country' in the background of these cars there are old 'Ikarus' buses, and even the bus from the Sheremetyevo International Airport was ikarus, and it was very dirty too, so where the Great resources of the 'G'reat Russia are invested in? I think in some people cars and houses etc., and that's not the only thing... , out of city's old centre there is almost only old USSR block high-rise of which almost none is renovated... It's sad view, but I hope that Russia will rise, because of it's potential it has. However I enjoyed the trip especially the Red Square (unfortunately I didn't see the mummy of the Stalin ;(, but that's for the next time) and the Tretyakov gallery (you must see Aleksandr I vanov's painting "Appearance of Christ to the people", when I saw this great painting I felt the ants running on my back (I don't know if this saying is in English too, if somebody could correct me I would be thankful) I felt great energy, this painting only was worth seeing this gallery).
I hope that I will have a chance to visit the Saint-Petersburg also.

The Fall of the European Union

Recently I read that Ireland's economy now is not as well as expected it to be. Also other EU country economies are not as well e.g. Greece. However in contrast the economy of the Germany is more that well in current situation, so the economy difference of various EU countries is widening, and as I have read months and years ago many people in past had predicted the collapse of the EU, and now it's looking as nothing impossible. I think that the countries which could destroy the EU could be of course Germany (because it is showing good economy growth and recovery from the crisis, and why it has to support the weak countries of the EU, it's independent, powerful and great country), and maybe France (I can't really give concrete arguments why, but I have a complex thoughts). What about the UK, I don't know, I have and I want to explore. I'm following the economies of many countries in the world, and I want to check out the UK progress and growth of it's economy, and it's prospect and policy.
I have a question, what will happen with the EURO if the European Union collapses, in this moment I think that the currency will stay, however 1) I am not an expert 2) I have to read on this topic or related to this topic to give objective judgment

Futurama

Sad that Futurama season ended, but that was very good that they decided to make new episodes. My favorite episodes of this season was the episode with eyePhone, episode with time travel and the episode where they all changed they bodies. I am waiting for the next season, and later I will check when the next season/episodes will be.

Burj Khalifa

Burj Khalifa (Arabic: برج خليفة‎ "Khalifa Tower"),[8] known as Burj Dubai prior to its inauguration, is a skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the tallest man-made structure ever built, at 828 m (2,717 ft).[8] Construction began on 21 September 2004, with the exterior of the structure completed on 1 October 2009. The building officially opened on 4 January 2010,[1][9] and is part of the new 2 km2 (490-acre) flagship development called Downtown Dubai at the 'First Interchange' along Sheikh Zayed Road, near Dubai's main business district.

This building is so high, I have been currently only on Eiffel tower in Paris, that's the tallest building where I have been. I think it's scary to look down from this building, but also it gives a great power feeling, that humanity can achieve so much, however comparing to mountain Everest this is only about 1/10th small piece of concrete, but still worth to see that because it's highest MAN made structure. I hope that will have a chance to be there, I like how it looks in the internet, I think I would love the United Arab Emirates because it's so beautiful place where the so much money are invested to make such great structures as this one.

BRIC

In economics, BRIC (typically rendered as "the BRICs" or "the BRIC countries" or known as the "Big Four") is a grouping acronym that refers to the countries of Brazil, Russia, India, and China that are deemed to all be at a similar stage of newly advanced economic development.

I believe in this, and I already have seen good development of India, they have great technologies. China is now second greatest economy, just had overtaken the Japan. Russia, they have some problems now, but also they have a great potential. Brazil is developing, and also has great resources, and however I am waiting for the FIFA world cup in 2014 to see how Brazil will organize it, I want to see it, and I hope I will have a possibility to see this great event.

Russian scientist’s anti-aging drug

A Russian scientist says he has beaten the problem of aging and in just a few years the medicine that stops it will go on sale.

Interesting :D But I prefer to live by the nature laws. And living to long would be boring. However this very interesting, but I think that maybe it will fail, because it's too loud announcement, and if it's common so.

Sacha Baron Cohen to play Freddie Mercury

Ali G and Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen is to play Freddie Mercury in a film about Queen, the rock band's guitarist Brian May has confirmed to the BBC.

This is great comedian :D (Opposite female would be Sarah Silverman, I think :D, both are Jews, both does racist jokes and both are similar, I think)
Short time ago I watched the Bruno, and I liked it very much. The "interview" with Ford :D and the interview with Ron Paul was awesome. Borat was great as well, one of the greatest sarcastic movies ever. And now Sasha Baron Cohen will play a serious role, it remind me how Jim Cary did (remember the movie "23") and he did very well. It's interesting how Sasha will get with this role, because this is serious role, but he's currently seen only as comedian. It will be very interesting to see him in this movie, and also I want to see story about Freddie Mercury as well, that's the main reason of course why I am waiting for this movie. Im not so familiar with Freddie because I am too young, but that is no problem to explore his life.

Pope visits UK

The Pope right now is visiting the UK. There are a lot security threats, and a lot of money ($18.7 million) is paid from tax payers pocket to organize this, and many people are angry about that, as well there are a lot of non-catholic people which are angry about catholic sex abuse scandal.
Now what just came in is "Arrests come amid pope's visit to London"

Ray William Johnson

So here is a guy in youtube, who's channel is very popular there.
He's making video reviews about popular or not so popular but funny videos (people submit them links of the videos). The great thing is that he does a lot of funny and sarcastic comments that in some of his reviews are just great. There are even some reviews which catch phrases are now circulating in other videos, so to understand them you have to watch the older videos too. He has a episodes twice a week. The format of his episode you can watch by yourself :D it's not interesting to describe me. So here's the link (bellow :D) of his channel
Ray William Johnson
And link of one great episode, but there are tons of great episodes :D believe me, just try the most viewed.
STRUT THAT ASS :D (watch the episode and you'll know)

The Fall of Lehman Brothers

I recommend to watch documentary movie about The Fall of Lehman brothers. Maybe somebody don't know but the Lehman Brothers was (!) the fourth largest bank in the USA, and it had fallen in 2008 while the crisis began. The movie is powerful about how so big can fall so low and bankrupt. I liked the episode where the screens which decorated the facade of the central Lehman Brothers building changed from showing Lehman Brothers logo to the Barclays bank logo. However I want and I will watch more documentary movies about this event and beyond, because I like themes like this (I like many themes though :D), also I recently watched a movie about Barings bank collapse and also I've read tons of material on it, but about that later. This collapse of The Lehman Brothers caused a bailout of one bank in my country, and because my country's economic is very small this event destructed whole country, and now it is sad times there.
Here is the link of the movie in youtube, however it's the Part one, the part two and three and so on are in related videos section. So the LINK

Roma and France

"Sarkozy denounces EU commissioner's Roma remarks

"The Roma Question" I will call it so. It's thought question. Of course France has its own rights, however there is a thing called EU constitution, and that is making the rules.

"EU Justice Commissioner Viviane Reding appeared to compare France's actions to persecutions in Nazi-occupied France"

It reminds me the WWII too, however I know what are the Roma people, and they can make a lot of headaches, however I also know the rights of a person. It's a very debatable question.

It's very interesting now to follow this because what's happening right now is very controversial.
France is a powerfull country but it's playing against the EU, what will happen? France has a strict position, and now Sarkozy has proven it.

Chilean miners

As you know about this accident or maybe you do not know but this accident is very heart breaking. I am following it day by day, and I hope that all will be okay. I think that there will be problems that will only occour, but "failure is not an option", and I think this will be a succesfful failure. And also I Think that the traped miners story will be based for Hollywood movie.
